We work most comfortable with .wav or .aif files. Most of our clients send us their mixes as stereo 16 to 24 bit wav files. If you send your files wav format, please do not encode them into more than 24 bits. Our preferred encoding 44.1khz will also indicate a bit rate of 1411kbps. This is the preferred format but if you don’t have the technical skills do not worry. Just send us your files and we will convert them.

You can use mp3 format if you need to but we prefer wav files since the resolution and sounding is better. If you are going to send mp3 files, please make sure that they are encoded in 320 kbps.
